You have to survive the Privateer campaign first.
Cutscenes are a real problem the engine has, that's why we don't use an introduction for Privateer and the RF cutscene is a slideshow.
We hope to change that in the future.

The people don't move their mouth because this feature is not yet developed for the vegastrike engine which we are using.
