Most of them should be listed in the manual. If something is missing from the manual then add it to this thread so we will know what needs to be added or at least add an errata page to the site and/or package.
The easiest way to see what you have added to your ship is to go to the "sell" menu in the ship dealer screen and cycle through without actually selling anything. This is what I used to do while working through the game.
